Weekly social and skill building group programs

The Chef's Table

Mondays 9am - 1pm • Maroochydore

The Chef’s Table is an exciting, hands on cooking program for NDIS participants.  It has been specifically designed for people to work towards their NDIS goals, grow in their confidence and grow their social independence.

  • Independence with Daily Living
  • Improved Health and Wellbeing
  • Skill Building

The Chef’s Table is NDIS funded, with no out-of-pocket expenses for participants. Lunch is provided for all participants.

The hands-on group will focus on:

  • Cooking practical meals on a budget
  • Trying different foods
  • Cycles of food and sustainability
  • Sharing food together

The Chef’s Table is held weekly at our Maroochydore premises.

Creativity Inc.

Thursdays 9am - 1pm • Maroochydore

ADS recognise that engaging in art is a great way to express your emotions without words, process complex feelings and find relief.

Creativity Inc is an exciting, hands on art program for NDIS participants.  It has been specifically designed for people to work towards their NDIS goals, grow in their confidence and grow their social independence.

  • Support with Mental Health
  • Confidence Building
  • Community Access
  • Skill Building

Creativity Inc. is NDIS funded, with no out-of-pocket expenses for participants.  Morning Tea and refreshments will be provided for all participants.

The hands-on groups will work on many different projects, including:

  • Clay work
  • Mosaic
  • Paint
  • Woodwork
  • Jewellery Making
  • More than you can imagine!

Parks and Rec

Fridays 9am - 1pm • Sunshine Coast

Parks and Rec is a fun and exciting, recreational social group for NDIS participants.  It has been specifically designed for people to work towards their NDIS goals, grow in their confidence and grow their social independence.

  • Community Access
  • Improved Health and Wellbeing
  • Skill Building

Parks and Rec is NDIS funded, with no out-of-pocket expenses for participants. Lunch is provided for all participants.

The social group will be a fun and interactive program including but not limited to:

  • Fishing
  • Sports
  • Games
  • BBQ / Picnic
  • Recreation
  • Sharing food together

Parks and Rec is held weekly at multiple locations around the Sunshine Coast.
