AUSCARE DAY SERVICES

In Home, Respite & Community Care

Auscare Day Services are based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. We provide Disability Support Workers who support an individual’s needs at home and in the community. We only offer disability support/recreational workers to those that have low to medium needs. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide services to people with high or complex needs. We specialise (but are not limited to) in providing services to persons with mild intellectual disabilities, Aspergers syndrome, Down-syndrome, mild autism and mild brain injuries. We do not offer high need personal care like showering and dressing or nursing care and those who have severe mobility disability.

FAQs

How can I trust the Support Workers at Auscare Day Services are qualified and have the appropriate skills to care for me or my family member?

Auscare Day Services ensures that all Support Workers have the qualifications and the appropriate experience and skills through a thorough screening/recruitment process. All staff are screened and verified with all checks we require for our compliance i.e. National Police Check, and First Aid before commencing any shifts. We also try our best to match staff and client with similar interests.

If I require service as soon as possible, what is the turnaround time?

It can be less than 48 hours! To ensure we provide you with the right support worker based on your needs, we need to have all the information we require before booking a Support Worker. This is also dependent on the location, the shift duration and time.
